laundry soap will work with oil just make sure its not chlorine
(bleach) as it will stain the dash cover. also you can use a non solvent cleaner like bilge cleaner. just do not use paint thiner it will melt the dash

Goof-Off might remove the stuff, but I don%26#039;t know what that will do to the dash finish....
